At MB speakeasy we are a handcrafted cocktail bar. We should be able to make you just about anything you could possibly ask for. That said, here are some classic cocktails we are currently highlighting.
Conceived by Hugo Ensslin who was the head bartender for the Hotel Wallick in New York. For a while creme de violette was no longer made making it impossible to make this drink. Ours is gin, lemon juice, creme de violette liqueur, and luxardo liqueur. Served in a coupe with a lemon twist and cherry.
Simply a classic. Our version is aged cognac, a bit of ”the little green fairy” (that’s ”absinthe” to you uncultured swine), Peychaud bitters, and a cube of sugar. Served in a rocks glass with a zesty twist of lemon.
The MB Old Fashioned
This is it. The World Famous MB Whiskey Old Fashioned: Bourbon, two bitters, and our proprietary ”Not So Simple Syrup”. Served on the rock with an Italian syrup soaked cherry and an expressed orange peel.
For our non-alcohol patrons, we have an amazing list of non-alcoholic ”mocktails”. Just as much attention goes into our mocktails as the real deal.
The ”Anita Bonita”
Named after one of our favorite patrons, the Anita is seedlips mocktaIl mix, coconut cream, lime juice, our special simple syrup, and a dash of bitters.
Mai Tai -ish
A mocktail take on a classic. Seedlips mocktail mix, orange juice, lime juice, orgeat syrup and a little bitters.
A delicious summer treat! Seedlips mocktail mix, pineapple juice, lime juice, & a splash of OJ.

Invented in the 1920’s (during Prohibition, GASP!) for Douglas Fairbanks wife and silent film star Mary Pickford. Light rum, pinelapple juice, grenadine, and Luxardo Liqueur. Served in a coupe glass with a dark candied cherry. Absolutely a classic.
